Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your cookware in its original packaging, ensuring all lids and accessories are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your box.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
